Are you accepting new patients?
FPR will have availability for new VIRTUAL clients beginning March, 2025.

Do you accept insurance?
I accept CareFirst BCBS and UHC.
If you have out of network coverage, a “superbill” will be provided to you for any claims you plan to submit to your insurance company. If you are uncertain of your out-of-network coverage, please contact your insurance company.

What is the cancellation policy?
FPR has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a $100 fee for any cancellation less than 24 hours ahead of our scheduled appointment. Failure to arrive without notice will be charged the full cost of the session.

What therapy models do you have experience with?
I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness, Client-Centered, and Reality Therapy. Together, we will explore and identify the best approach for your specific goals.

What should I do if I am experiencing a mental health crisis?

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Effective January 2022, the No Surprise’s Act legally requires healthcare providers to give uninsured and self-pay clients an estimated cost of services. I will provide to you a good faith estimate that is based on information given during your psychiatric intake assessment.
